Pee Wees (5-11yrs) & Children's Classes (12-16yrs) Children's Kung Fu classes are a fantastic way to improve your child's co-ordination and motor skills. Children are taught discipline and respect whilst addressing some of today's major issues facing children such as obesity and bullying. Children are encouraged to work both individually and as a team whilst learning the ability to focus and work to achieve their goals. Kung Fu teaches a child discipline and self-control in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Kicks and punches are used for motivation, not aggression, and the idea of violence being a poor substitute for intelligence is a key theme of our classes. Through gaining control of one's body, self-esteem and confidence grow along with a positive body image. Children's Kung Fu Classes These classes are in two groups, either 'Tigers' or 'Dragons'. So you can choose either group depending on what times are more convenient for you. Once in a group, you can only turn up to the classes for that group.
