| Female Cardio-Kickboxing classes: 1 hour of intense head to toe physical workout. These classes are structured to increase fitness and endurance levels, whilst teaching correct punch and kicking techniques all with an uplifting beat in the background. If you want to learn kickboxing and get fit, then you have found the right class! Class times are as follows: Thursdays 6:30 PM-7:30 PM Do I need to do anything for my first lesson? On your first lesson it is suggested that you turn up around 10 minutes prior to lesson starting time so that we can introduce you to the style and give you a brief run down of what is involved, so that you feel comfortable and ready to give this class a try. What to wear: Loose & comfortable clothing. Most of the females that attend like to wear shorts and clothes that do not get in the way of their training. |
