Weekly Training Schedule

The KFA has a weekly training schedule to allow students to gain more control over how and when they train.  Each class begins with a 15 min warm up, then each night the students go through the introductory  KFA Jibengong.  After this, there is a theme for each weeknight for the Intermediate and advanced students.  The schedule shifts across one day each month.  Please see below for the outline of the next few months.  While there is a theme for that night, there are many different approaches to cover that topic.  If you have any comments or suggestions, please email us, call us, come in and talk to us, or use the KFA suggestions box.
